Privacy policy

Helderberg Handyman ("I", "me") is a sole-trader handyman service operated by Collen Molesi in the Helderberg, South Africa. This policy explains what personal information this website and I handle, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What I collect

This website has no accounts, no database and stores nothing you type. When you contact me — via WhatsApp, phone, email, or the contact form (which simply opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message) — I receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, contact details, photos of the job, and your address if we arrange a visit.

How I use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, quote, and do the work. I don't sell or share your details with anyone, and I don't send marketing messages.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful (page views and clicks on contact buttons). Analytics data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally. You can block analytics with any ad-blocker or your browser's tracking protection without affecting the site.

Your rights
